My submission for the Two Tone Army theme - Dreams. Hearts, the queen of Alice.
I like to think the Alice in Wonderland I read was the censored version - the real ruthless version out there just waiting to be discovered.
The Queen of Hearts was a sexual bombshell. She was the queen of hearts after all. Her beauty was in her hair and as heartless as she was herself, she won many hearts. Yet, jealousy and envy overidden, her majesty plummelled through and heads rolled until there was but Alice. What better victory could the Queen deserve than to replace the head of Alice with her own. Well, they do say two heads are better than one.
